correctly with no spaces or dashes.
- Make sure you have entered your PIN
correctly with no spaces or dashes.
- Try going directly into the AdvisorTrac website by typing
http://152.30.21.49 into the address bar of your browser.
- If you still can't make an appointment through AdvisorTrac,
call 828-227-7170 and our receptionist will schedule an
appointment for you. Make sure you let your advisor know
you had trouble scheduling your appointment so he or she
can walk you through the process when you are here.
